Bix Photo Book 3.3

Founded back in 2003 by Michiel den Outer and based in Amsterdam, Outerspace Software is a company that specializes coming up with realtime 3D graphics tools. The company’s goal, as Outerspace Software explained, is to “create graphical software that is as powerful, intuitive, responsive and enjoyable to use as a musical instrument.”

Outerspace Software’s flagship product is BluffTitler DX9, a software application for creating 3D text animations, plasma effects and 3D picture/video wipe – but we are not going to focus on that. We are going to focus on another Outerspace Software-developed application, mainly Bix’s Photo Book.

The first thing you are going to like about this piece of software is the fact that the download weighs next to nothing. Actually it weighs in at some 800KB; at such a lightweight size, the download will complete in no time at all – even on a less than spectacular internet connection.

Once the download completes, it is time to install the application on your system. In this regard you are going to like the fact that Bix’s Photo Book works with all versions of the Microsoft-developed Windows operating system. It works with Windows XP, works with Windows Vista, and works with the latest iteration, Windows 7. Bix’s Photo Book works with the 32-bit and the 64-bit versions of the Windows operating system.

Last but not least, you are going to like what the application can do for you. Here’s the functionality you can expect to get from Bix’s Photo Book:
- Use Bix’s Photo Book as a real-time 3D photo browser.
- Use Bix’s Photo Book to create photo book animations to use in DVD productions and presentations.
- Export your photo book as a movie file.
